Here at CMM we aim to provide a good customer service, by placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read and agreed to all our Terms and Conditions. Furthermore that you have read and understand what you are purchasing. If you are in anyway unhappy with any part of this website please contact us at info@coppermineminiatures.co.uk before placing your order to discuss.
Copper Mine Miniatures is not VAT registered so does not charge VAT or discount for it.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK you are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be levied on arrival in your country. Even if you are in the UK as items on the complimentary shop section are delivered from outside the UK you are responsible for any customs or duties that may be levied up on arrival.
Privacy policy
We do not store any personnel data other than a basic record of the transaction for accounts. CMM do not handle the transaction directly as it is carried out by the website hosting service, so we do not see or store credit / debit card information.

What is your returns policy?
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, failing that we will give instructions. Full refund will only be given for items returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and fit for resale. We suggest sending by Royal Mail Signed for service, a return address will be provided by email. You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of despatch for a full refund.

Unpainted white metal kit that may contain multiple parts and lead. Please wash the kit in warm soap water before you start and always wash your hands after handling this kit.
This kit is suitable for mature children under close adult supervision, most sites would suggest 12 to 14+ years old. Please use your discretion and take appropriate health and safety steps when working with these kits and the tools required.
