PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT
The terms below will govern the sale of Product (“Product”) by and between Copper Mine Miniatures. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and to [Name of Customer] (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), for sales in connection with our products expected to commence on or about 11/04/2021 [start date] and conclude on or about_____ [End date] (such period, the “Term”).
1. Prices and Payment.
1.1 Purchase Orders. Customer must submit written or digital purchase orders for the Product no later than 25 business days prior to the requested delivery date, setting forth quantity, type, and requested delivery date of Product.
1.2 Change. Purchase orders received fewer than 20 business days prior to the requested delivery date shall be filled at Seller’s discretion and subject to express shipping charges (to be paid by Customer). All orders are processed subject to availability.
1.3 Delays. Delivery of the Finished Product will take between ten (10) to fourteen (14) days and we are not responsible for any manufacturing delay. We shall use all reasonable efforts to meet the delivery schedule.
1.4 Acceptance/Rejection. The Customer has to counter-check the products and he/she will have fourteen (14) days to respond accepting or rejecting the delivered products. If the Customer rejects the final deliverables, the Seller will not be obligated to perform any services beyond those in the original Agreement and the Seller will not accept the return of products after fourteen (14) days of delivery.
2. Shipping.
We will ship to most European countries and a limited number of other counties; this is restricted due to insurance. We use various suppliers to source the best postage rates. Our standard flat rates are (per order):

Up to £10 = £2.50
£10-28 = £4.50
£28 and above - £7.50 - Insured
Free shipping Over £110
Includes 4 Countries, Guernsey, Jersey and Isles of Man
Europe (Cover most Europe Zone Countries)
Flat rate on all orders £9.95 - Europe Tracked and Signed
All orders to 47 European countries will be sent tracked and signed for insurance reasons.
Rest of the World (limited number of Countries)
Flat rate on all orders £16.75 - Europe Tracked and Signed
All orders to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Japan, South Korea and Israel will be sent tracked and signed for insurance reasons.

When you place an order for any product(s) using the Web Site, we will ship the product(s) to the address designated by you. Risk of loss and title for the product(s) pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Hobbies4u.uk – hobbies4u.uk Products are not supplied by Copper Mine Miniatures and have not been tested by us. These products will ship separately direct from supply and will take up to 60 days to arrive, any issues please contact us first.
3. Return policy.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, failing that we will give instructions. Full refund will only be given for items returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and fit for resale. We suggest sending by Royal Mail Signed for service, a return address will be provided by email. You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of despatch for a full refund. When you place an order for any product(s) using the Web Site, we will ship the product(s) to the address designated by you. Risk of loss and title for the product(s) pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
3.1 Cancellation Policy. Copper Mine Miniatures offers full refunds for any products purchased within the last 14 days. Any refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.
4. Disclaimer.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS OF CUSTOMER.
5. Miscellaneous.
5.1 Buyer-Seller Relationship. The relationship created by this agreement is solely a buyer-seller relationship. This agreement does not make either party the employee, agent, or legal representative of the other for any purpose whatsoever.
5.2 Governing Law. Dispute Resolution. This agreement shall be governed by Governing State Law [] law. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be addressed by the parties through informal dispute resolution procedures conducted in good faith. If the parties do not resolve the dispute within thirty days of the date of the first dispute resolution meeting, the parties agree to mediate the dispute in a mutually agreed-upon place with a mutually agreed-upon mediator, the costs of which shall be borne equally by the parties. In the event the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in City where you would want to arbitrate [city, State] in accordance of the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the parties agree that judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator shall be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in City where you would want to receive judgement/damages.
